Performance based coaching service on Queensland’s Gold Coast, specialising in personalised and private surf coaching. Private and personalised coaching sessions allow surfers to set goals, receive in depth feedback and track their progression. Our mission is to individualise each surfer’s session and give them the tools necessary to unlock their surfing potential.

Gold Coast Surf Experience operates on the southern Gold Coast. However, we are dedicated to finding the best waves on the coast each day, sessions will move location if necessary. We will be in contact with your location.
OWNER & OPERATOR
With 25 years of surfing experience - Taylor McNeill has travelled the world extensively surfing, competing at a national level and working in lead coaching roles at surf schools in Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Taylor is a highly qualified surf coach, professional beach lifeguard with the Gold Coast City Council and registered primary school teacher.
Qualifications:
First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Blue Card, CPR and Advanced Resuscitation Award, Progression Surf Coach Award, Ocean Safety Certificate, Business Certificate and Bachelor of Teaching and Learning.
Progression Surf Coach award recognised by Surfing Queensland and Surfing Australia.

Eddie Read - Coach & Mentoring
Eddie has 25 years + of surfing experience and competed on the world tour as a professional bodyboarder. His expert knowledge of the ocean, allowed him to coach and mentor surfers abroad in the UK, as well as here in Australia. Eddie is also a qualified beach lifeguard keeping our Gold Coast beaches safe. His passion for the sport and ocean makes him a great asset to our coaching team!
